HITRYE LYUDI

HITRYE LYUDI (can be translated from Russian as Cheeky People) is a cosy cafe in central Moscow with a homy atmosphere and a friendly attitude (both towards people and dogs), good food and lively night life. To make the space even more cosy the owners asked me to make 18 large porcelain lampshades for one of their rooms – that was a challenge I could not miss. Throwing something so large on a potters wheel was physically intense but I loved the process! And most importantly the result 🙂 it warms my heart to see how my lamps compliment the ambience of this lovely place.
